FORCE MAJEURE
Events outside Sophie Birgitt's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Sophie Birgitt is released from their obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers.
PAYMENT
All products remain Sophie Birgitt's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. All transfers conducted through Sophie Birgitt are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway choosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
LOCAL TAXES
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Sophie Birgitt reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Sophie Birgitt has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. RETURN POLICY
Sophie Birgitt does not accept returns. Please take special attention in measurements. There are no refunds. Items purchased on our online store may be exchanged up to 14 days after the item was received. Exchange items must be returned unused in their original packaging and condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Sophie Birgitt is not responsible for any items lost or damaged goods as a result of return shipping. WARRANTY
Due to the nature of the product and the professional high-end craftsmanship there is no warranty policy. Nevertheless Sophie Birgitt reserves the right to make a final decision on whether the damage to the piece is due to craftsmanship’s defect or not. Please note that this ring size guide is an indicative guide, and therefore may not be an exact measure. Sophie Birgitt rings can be turned in either direction to make them bigger or smaller since the design is rectangular with a difference of 0.5 mm. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Since all Sophie Birgitt jewellery is handmade locally in Sophie Birgitt's atelier we do not always hold stock of each requested item. If this is the case, your ordered item will be individually handmade especially for you with the utmost care and best expertise. Sophie Birgitt has taken time to develop unique and original silhouettes so we are grateful for your patience and understanding while your request is being handled. Most items ship within 2-3 weeks of the purchase date. Once the item is shipped you will be notified via email. We cannot guarantee a delivery date, however we will do our best to deliver the item as soon as possible.
